Joining Lab4SLC

Undergraduate students are assigned to a laboratory starting from the autumn semester of their third year, based on the results of a preference survey conducted in the spring semester. Graduate students select their preferred field of study (laboratory) at the time of application for the entrance examination and are assigned to that laboratory upon enrollment.

Visits and Conlustation for Prospective Students

We accept requests for lab visits and consultations for those interested in pursuing further studies at any time. Please feel free to contact us. We also welcome working professionals as students.

Important Note: Currently, the education and research activities in our lab are conducted in Japanese. Therefore, students in the Undergraduate and the Master’s programs are required to have Japanese language proficiency equivalent to JLPT N1. It is recommended that applicants possess a certain level of Japanese language proficiency even for the Doctoral program.
